CONTEXT

Scope: Service Design, Service Blueprint Development

Partners: Confidential Integrated Hospital Network

Background: This work was completed for a large hospital network. The core project team was comprised of two service designers including myself, a project associate, and two maternal child health leads. I was responsible for conducting research consolidation, gathering stakeholder feedback, and creating final deliverables in Figma.

This work was completed in an abbreviated time frame in order to inform criteria for vendor selection. In order to complete the combined patient journey and service blueprint in a month, the primary sources of information were previous research conducted by an external design agency and internal stakeholder workshops with clinical service leads, patient advocates, and other front-line staff.
